    TERRY, Robert “Bob” – (Oct. 26, 1942 – Nov. 20, 2007)
    Bob lost his long and brave battle with cancer at the Brooks Health Centre, surrounded by his loving family. He was born and raised in Medicine Hat. Bob apprenticed as a welder with his Dad and Uncle Wilb at Terry Welding. In 1968 he moved to Calgary where he met and married Doris. Bob worked for the City of Calgary for 27 years, and took an early retirement in 1997. Doris and Bob then moved to Brooks where he as a contract welder with “Circle D” until 2005. Bob loved to hunt and fish, but his main loves were trap shooting and spending time with his family and many friends. Bob had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. Bob will be forever missed by his wife and companion, Doris, his son Brian Feeney of Vancouver, his daughter Janine (Ian) Anderson and his two granddaughters, Danielle and Riannon, all of Edmonton. He is also survived by his brothers and sister, Ron Terry of Brooks, John (Elaine) Terry of Medicine Hat, Sandy (Joe) Massey of Brooks and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Bob Terry, in 1989, and his mother, Peggy Terry in 1994. The funeral service was held in the Alliance Church in Brooks (304 Cassils Road East) on Friday, November 23, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Shaun Roth officiating.
