    William (Bill) Tell Sr., beloved husband of 62 years to Margaret Tell of Brooks, passed away with his family by his side on Sunday June 19th, 2005 at the age of 86 years after a brief battle with cancer. Born in Csatka, Hungary on January 7th, 1919 Bill came to Canada with his parents in 1928. He received his schooling in Retlaw, Alberta and as a young man worked on farms. Bill and Margaret Stenger were married on November 5th, 1942 and farmed in the Rainier area before moving to Brooks. He worked for the EID until he went into the land leveling business with L.A. Dressell, retiring in 1968. He and Margaret enjoyed traveling and retirement. Bill was predeceased by his parents, 4 sisters and a grandson. He is survived by his loving family, Margaret, son William and his wife Linda, daughter Marilyn Wutzke and her husband Richard all of Brooks; grandchildren, Adena (Brian) Skanderup, Shirley (Ronan) Moen, Rod (Lisa) Tell, Barry Tell, Paul and Serena Wutzke; 12 great grandchildren; 2 sisters; 2 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill will be greatly missed by all his family. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, June 22nd from Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. John Theiss officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are The Dairy Queen Senators. Active Pallbearers are Joe Hajash, Don Hajash, James Duenk, Julius Snyders, Ronan Moen and Brian Skanderup.
