Rosell – Penny Louise Rosell of Bassano, beloved common-law spouse of Frank Bilotta, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 29th, 2023 at the Foothills Hospital, Calgary. Penny was born in Vancouver, BC to Gerald and Marlene the oldest of 4 children. Brothers, Pat (Linda) children Shauna and Sarah; Ken (Cathie) and their boys Dusty and Brock; Mike (Lynn) and their children Casey, Colton and Jaz. Penny was a wonderful mother to 4 boys, Jason (Tracey) and granddaughter Jorja; Brian (Joslyn) and grandson Dustin; Trevor and grandchildren Haydon, Taiyler, Noah and Zoey; Jeremy and grandson Dominic and a multitude of extended family and close friends. Penny was predeceased by her by both her parents, her wonderful mother Marlene in 2011 and father in 2016. Penny enjoyed working in the sales and service industry more most of her career. As year’s went on, she decided to work less. Focusing on her hobbies, her indoor plants, gardening and reading. Penny was always learning to try new cooking and baking recipes. Rest in peace my Love.
