Nordby – Dennis Bruce Nordby of Brooks passed away at Brooks Health Centre on November 22nd, 2014 at the age of 79 years. Dennis was born in Melfort, Saskatchewan, he moved to Kamloops in 1960 where with his wife raised 4 children and resided there for 30 years. In 2006 Dennis and his wife Christine moved from Kamloops to Brooks to be closer to family. He retired in 2007 and enjoyed spending time with family and friends at Aces Café and the Royal Canadian Legion. He also enjoyed cheering on his favorite sports teams, Vancouver Canucks, Toronto Blue Jays and BC Lions. Dennis is survived by his loving Wife Christine, Daughter Faith and her Husband Jordie of Salmon Arm, BC, Son Russ also known as Brett of Brooks, Daughter Jenni Williams and her husband Dan of Edmonton, and grandchildren, Kurt, Bradley, Jessica, Joel, Christopher and Jefferey.
