    Stoller – Cliff or “Old Man”, born in High River and resided at Brooks, Alberta, passed on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at the age of 63. Cliff graduated from the Bassano High School in 1971. He married the love of his life, Mary-Ellen, on August 25, 1979 in Bassano. Cliff was the owner of Lone Eagle Contracting Ltd, and worked as an operator for 37 years. Cliff is best known for being friendly, good natured, full of laughter, enthusiastic, and always there for both family and friends. Cliff was also empathetic, a good listener, and very caring, which made him an excellent volunteer with Victim Services in the County of Newell. Cliff had an undying love for the Brooks Bandits, religiously following their successes throughout the years. Some of his best memories with his family and friends were spent motorcycling, camping, watching the drag races, golfing, fishing, and sometimes, just people watching. Cliff is predeceased by his father, Gale Stoller. He is survived by his mother, Gloria; wife, Mary-Ellen; son, Jason; daughter-in-law, Ashley; granddaughter, Sophie; sons Kevin and Troy; brother, Ed; sister-in-law, Karen; Sister, Pat; brother-in-law, Rob; sister-in-law, Sharon; and nieces and nephews, Rebecca (Dalton, Daniel) Jeff (Lisa & Blakely), Dustin, Nicole and Madeline. A Celebration of Cliff’s Life was held on May 16, 2017 at the EID Legion.
