Shackleton – Mr. Malcom “Mick” Kenneth Shackleton of Brooks, beloved husband of the late Mary Louise Shackleton, passed away in Brooks on Sunday, May 31st, 2015 at the age of 82 years. Mick was born to Ken and Christina Shackleton January 27th, 1933 in Brooks. He was predeceased by his wife Mary, grandson Ben, parents Ken and Christina, sister Hilda, and brothers Jack and George. Mick is survived by one daughter, Laurie (Barry) Moon, and his four sons Mike (Conny), Bill (Diane), Kelly (Debbie), and James (Shannon); grandchildren Stephen, Trisha, Vicki, Jessica, Lucas, Alyssa, and Mikayla and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held on Monday, June 8th at 2:00 PM at the Rolling Hills Community Centre. Rev. Debbie Daniels officiating. Interment to follow at Rolling Hills Cemetery.
