Ruggles – Ernie Ruggles passed away quietly with family by his side on December 2, 2014. He will be sadly missed by wife Liz, and daughters Charla (Don Epp), Sandi (Mike Tremblay), grandkids Thea, Koi, Zane, Finn, Vertus, and sister Delores. He is predeceased by his two son Shane, Buckey and his parents. Funeral services will be held Dec. 11, 2014 at 11am at the Brooks E-Free Church.
