PARKER – Joyce Elaine Parker of Edmonton passed away Monday, September 19th at age 77 after a courageous battle with alzheimer’s disease She is survived by a son Bruce (Sandy) of Brooks and daughters Karen (Paul) Hudon and Cheryl (Ron) Parker of Edmonton.
