Weiss – Todd Dennis Weiss of Brooks, passed away suddenly near Brooks on October 15th, 2008 at the age of 47 years. Todd was born on June 14th, 1961 in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan. He had lived in Manyberries, Medicine Hat, Wetaskiwin, and Calgary before moving to Brooks in 1972. Todd was predeceased by his father Paul Weiss in 2003. He is survived by his partner Lori Van Allen and her son, Sabre; his sons, Jeff and Kevin Weiss, mother Opal Weiss; siblings and their families: Rick and Carmen Weiss, Wesley and Ashley, Connie and Herb Hemsing, Robert/Catherine (Aidan and Rory) and Brad, Troy and Cathey Weiss, Trevor and Tessa. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Funeral Services were held on Monday October 20th at 2:00 PM from Smith Memorial Chapel. Kathryn Hemsing officiated.
