The city is continuing to fundraise to add amenities to the city’s dog park.
As of last week there is $862 remaining, according to Lisa Tiffin, the city’s director of planning and community development.
The city is looking for about $50,000 to add items from their wish list including benches and their installation, a concrete pad under the shelter, agility equipment as well as improving the park’s path.
To date the city has received about $47,000 including in-kind donations.
Donations can be made by contacting city hall.
