Wilson – Clinton Edward Wilson of Rolling Hills passed away at home on June 10th, 2021 at the age of 82 years. Clint was born on October 13th, 1939 in Vidora, Saskatchewan to Floyd and Bernice Wilson. The family relocated to Rolling Hills in 1940, where Clint grew up and attended school. During his younger years he took on odd jobs helping out the local farmers. Clint was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to go hiking, where he would collect all sorts of odds and ends on his travels. Clint also loved to hunt, fish and trap. He attended the University of Calgary, where he achieved a bachelor’s degree in Science. Summer employment took Clint to Ontario, where he remained employed by the Ontario Government until his retirement in 2000. At that time Clinton returned to Rolling Hills, where he remained living in his family home until the time of his passing. He is predeceased by his parents, Floyd and Bernice Wilson, brother Vern Wilson and sister Anne Wilson. Clinton is survived by his brother Larry, sister-in-law Myrna (Vern); nephews, Kelly (Dayna) and Kevin (Colleen); great nieces, Amanda and Ashley; great nephews, Riley and Travis and great, great niece, Rachel. In memory of Clint, if friends desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to either Canadian Wildlife Federation, 350 Michael Cowpland Drive, Kanata, Ontario K2M 2Wl or Ducks Unlimited, 350 Aqueduct Drive, Box 818 Brooks, Alberta T1R 1B7. Due to COVID 19 restrictions a Private Family Service will be held. Inurnment in Brooks Cemetery.
