Stewart – Wilma Margaret Stewart of Brooks passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Brooks Long Term care on Sunday, March 29th, 2009 at the age of 80 years. Wilma enjoyed her time she spent working at Tomboy. She loved to garden, and be with her family. Wilma also enjoyed spending time on her deck for refreshments with her friends and neighbors. She was predeceased by her husband Harvey in 1991, and parents Bill and Margaret Maddock. Wilma is survived by her children Wayne (Pat), Sharon (John) Cianflone, Ron (Holly), Glenda (Robert) Read, grandchildren; Kerry, Trevor, Angela (Doug), Billy, Monica (Kurt), Jennifer (Sean), Adam, Tony, Tyler, and Cory, nine great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, sister Elaine (Bill) Montgomery, and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to the staff at Brooks Long Term Care Facility for their special care of our mother. Funeral services were held on Thursday, April 2nd at 10:00 AM from Smith Memorial Chapel, Brooks. Pastor Yvonne Terry officiated. Interment followed at Brooks Cemetery.
