Smith – Greg Errol Smith of Bassano, passed away in Bassano on October 5th, 2005 at the age of 61 years. Born in Yorkton, Saskatchewan on October 11th, 1943 Greg received his education in the area. Greg worked a variety of jobs, most recently driving truck for Ashbros Enterprises of Bassano. He loved his job and driving trucks. Greg will be remembered for his kindness and generosity. He was predeceased by his brother. Greg is survived by his loving family, mother Erie of Swan River, Manitoba; sister Karen (Keith) Ray of Swan River; special friend Jenny Starratt of Vancouver and many friends who all meant a lot to him.
