SCHNIEDER, Donald Bruce
Donald Schnieder, beloved son and brother passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Calgary Foothills Hospital at the age of 63 years. Don was born and raised at Brooks, Alberta and resided in Medicine Hat at time of his passing.
Don is survived by his loving mother Margaret Dench (John), father Walter Schnieder (Francis), sister Bev Tedford, brothers Ralph Schneider (Patty), Cory Schnieder (Jane) as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
From an early age Don loved to fish and watch wrestling.
Don’s family extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Philippe Couillard and nurses in ICU at Foothills Hospital for their incredible care they provide to Don. Without Dr. Couillard’s approach to Don’s family regarding organ donation there are five recipients who received a chance of a better life through Don’s gifts.
A private family burial of Don’s ashes will be held at a later date.
