    Robinson – Dr. C. M. Robinson “Max” (1913 – 2006) has left us Sept. 01, 2006 – to join his ladies Ida, and Hilda – mother of Connie McCalla, Brenda (Bob) Howell and Frank (Hildegard) Robinson. Dad, Dr Max, Grandpa and Great Grandpa will always be a part of our lives and memories – six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Max grew up in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, received his DDS at the University of Alberta, practiced in Brooks, Alberta; Nakusp, Nelson and Victoria , B. C. for many years, making good friends in each community. He spent many hours working with service clubs – Kinsmen, Rotary, and Shrine – to develop recreational facilities in Brooks (was a ‘founding member’ of Kinbrook Park) and Nelson . Max was devoted to his family, stressed the importance of education and instilled a love of music and a generous spirit. A gathering of music and memories will be held in Richmond, BC on Sept. 25. No flowers please; Max’s favorite charities – The Parkinson’s Society of BC., your local Hospice Society – or the charity of your choice. “Until we meet again, my friends, until we meet again; May God hold you in the palm of His hand.”
