NEUFELD – Walter Harold Neufeld a long time resident of Rosemary, Alberta passed away October 29, 2018 at Brooks Health Centre. Walter was born October 2, 1934 in Bassano, Alberta and spent most of his life farming. He homesteaded in Seven Persons, Alberta from 1956 to 1961, moving back to Rosemary to farm the home place. Walter is survived by his loving wife Helen (Kasdorf) of 60 years and three daughters; Melinda (Rob Doerksen), Jody (Jeff Moltz), Janet (Vern Dyck); five grandchildren, Ben (Samantha) Dyck, Derek & Levi Doerksen, Janelle (Dayton Reimer) & James Dyck; two great grandsons, Michael & Matthew Dyck; sister, Mary (Peter Rempel) and sister-in-law Gladys Neufeld. He was predeceased by three brothers; Dave, Pete and Rudy; sister, Irene and his parents Peter and Mary Neufeld.
