Kristianson – It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Edwin “Eddie’ Lawrence Kristianson, beloved husband of Khangthong, at his home in Brooks, on Saturday, August 14th, 2021 at the age of 66 years. Eddie was born in Brooks to Melvin and Arline and grew up in Rolling Hills, Alberta. He completed his schooling in Rolling Hills and Brooks. Afterwards he ventured overseas as an offshore cementer and spent the next 30-years working mainly in the Far East. He met his beloved wife Khan and daughter Gift in Thailand. Not too many years later they added their son Shawn, who completed the family. They returned to Canada and settled in Rolling Hills and later Brooks, where he retired. He leaves behind his loving wife Khan, daughter Gift (Kai) and son Shawn; siblings Marilyn, Noreen, Barbara (Wayne) and Marvin (Karen). There will be a Family Celebration of Life held at a later date.
