Gray – Jeffery Gordon Gray of Brooks passed away in Brooks on Wednesday, September 19th, 2018 at the age of 46 years. Jeff was born in on July 5th, 1972 in Galt, Ontario. He was raised in Bassano where he completed high school. Jeff took business courses in Medicine Hat. He worked at the Towne Cinema, drive-in theatre in Medicine Hat, the Nova Theatre in Edson, Alberta and managed the Oasis Theatre in Brooks. Jeff’s interests included movies, reading, talking and telling jokes. His friends and family will fondly remember his sense of humour, love of people and caring and happy personality. Jeff was predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents, Uncles Eldon and Ernie, Aunt Marilyn, stepfather Barrie and stepsister Tracy. He is survived by his partner Brett Winczura, mother Barbara, father Gord, sister Sherry (Darrin), brother Dan (Tracy), in-laws Corinne and Gord and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In memory of Jeff, if friends desire, memorial tributes may be made to either Brooks and District Health Foundation – Long Term Care, Bag 300, Brooks, Alberta T1R 1B3 or Brooks Home Care Program, Bag 300, Brooks, Alberta T1R 1B3.
