FERGUSON – Patricia Ann Ferguson 1942 – 2018
With family at her side, Patricia Ann Ferguson, beloved wife of the late Evan Ferguson, passed away peacefully at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at the age of 75 years. Pat will be lovingly remembered by her three children, Brenda (Dale) Roach, Darrell (Jackie) Ferguson and Darcy Ferguson; three grandchildren, Chris (Nicole) Van Ry, Troy Ferguson and Cale Ferguson as well as two great-grandchildren, Peyton Van Ry and Tyson Van Ry. She is survived by two sisters, Mary Garcia and Thelma Cox as well as numerous other extended family. She was predeceased by three siblings, Dorothy Coleman, Bill Wright and Eleanor Rosentraitor. Pat was born on August 31, 1942, in Merritt, BC. She married her husband, Evan in 1962, and together they spent their early years in Fort St. John, BC. With their three children, they moved to Southern Alberta in 1974, living in multiple communities including Brooks, Medicine Hat, Bassano and Rosemary. Pat’s greatest love in life was supporting her family and she also enjoyed golfing, music and adventures with her friends, Sue and Pat. A Private celebration honouring Pat’s life will be held at a future date.
