Dunne – Mary Mildred Eileen Rose Dunne of Brooks, beloved wife of the late Leo Dunne, passed away in Brooks on Thursday, April 10th, 2025 at the age of 95 years. Mildred was born on December 14th, 1929 in Pilot Mound, Manitoba to Thomas and Alma Delorme. Mildred married Leo Dunne on September 27th, 1949 in Mariapolis Manitoba. She is know best as “Millie” who had many great friends, but her best friend was Carrie. Millie loved gardening, crafts, sports and camping with her children. She loved her children and wouldn’t trade them for all the money in the world. Millie will be remembered for playing ball, curling, bowling and horseshoes. She was predeceased by her parents, Alma and Thomas Delorme; her husband Leo; sisters, Leona, Pat and Reta; brothers, Alvin, Ernie, Ted and Len. Millie is survived by her loving family: sister Velma (Allen) and daughter Theresa and daughter Valerie (John); sons, Butch (May), David (Eileen) and Leo Jr. and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A private service will be held.
