LYNDA ANTKOWIAK
Lynda Louise (Sparrow) Antkowiak, beloved wife of Henry Antkowiak of Medicine Hat, passed away on Thursday, August 8th, 2019. Lynda also leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Sonya (Tim) Maerz; one son, Adam Antkowiak; one grandson, Max Brierley; one brother, Hal (Sherley) Sparrow; one sister, Bea Sparrow; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Lynda was predeceased by her parents.
God saw you getting tired
when a cure was not to be.
So He closed His arms
around you and whispered
“Come to Me”
You didn’t deserve what
you went through,
so He gave you rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful
He only takes the best.
And when we saw you sleeping
so peaceful and
free from pain,
we could not wish you back
to suffer that again.
A Private Family Time of Remembrance will take place. The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Carmel Hospice at St. Joseph’s Home for their compassion and care of Lynda.
