Spicer – Robert Kevin Spicer of Brooks passed away peacefully with his family on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at the young age of 56 years. Bob will be remembered for his sense of humor and love of conversation; to Bob a stranger was a friend he just hadn’t met yet. He will be greatly missed by his spouse of 39 years Lorraine Ramsdale his 7 children Leslie (Lee), Marsha, Janice (Ed), Candace (Johnny), Kenneth (Tara), Kevin and Sherry (Dave); 9 grandchildren; two dogs Diego and Harley; 3 brothers Jim, Tom and Randy; 4 sisters Judy, Val, Bev and Shelley. Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 16 at Trinity Lutheran Church. Reverend John Theiss Officiated. Graveside services were held at Brooks Cemetery.
