STADNICKI
Deloris Patricia Stadnicki of Medicine Hat, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2009, at the age of 82 years, beloved wife of the late Victor Stadnicki. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Ed (Brenda) Stadnicki of Medicine Hat, Joanne Geddes of Redcliff, Yvonne (Bob) Olson, Randy (Ada) Stadnicki all of Jenner, Kelly (Lana) Stadnicki, Pat (Holly) Stadnicki and Jackie (Darrell) Ferguson all of Medicine Hat; fifteen grandchildren, Chad and Candace Stadnicki, Ross (Erin) Geddes, Crystal Geddes (Chad Martin), Sara (Ryan) Reimer, Mac Geddes (Ashley Monaghan), Jay (Krystie) Olson, Cole (Melanie) Olson, Buffy (Harley) Best, Brad and Joey Stadnicki, Shyla and Tavin Stadnicki; Troy and Cale Ferguson; six great grandchildren; two brothers, Vernon “Bud” (Grace) Flanders and Ken (Heather) Flanders all of Calgary as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Jennie and Arthur Flanders; her husband Victor Stadnicki on May 11, 1989 and her son Rex Stadnicki on April 20, 1993. Deloris was a loving and caring wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She married Victor Stadnicki on April 19,1949. They moved to Jenner in 1953 and resided on the farm until 1986, at which time they purchased their home in Medicine Hat. This is where she spent countless hours enjoying her home, yard and constantly growing family. Her special enjoyment was family gatherings on the many holidays throughout the year. The more family that Deloris had around her the happier she was. Her sense of humor, love, pride and commitment to her family were with her to the end. She will be missed by all. Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday evening, from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Family and friends will gather for prayers in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated in St.Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church (238 2nd Ave N.E.) on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. with celebrant. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery.
