WESLEY DARRELL SCHUETT
Wes was born on August 26, 1977 in Medicine Hat, Alberta to Darrell and Donna Schuett and passed away near Rocky Mountain House on October 8, 2019 at the age of 42 years. He was one of two children. He is survived by his spouse, Michelle, children, Ethan and Wylie, mother Donna De Winter (Kees), brother Josh (Carla) and his two children, Jordan and Colten. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Dolores, nephew Daniel Dodds, niece Sienna Dodds, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Darrell, paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents. As a young man, Wes actively participated in Rodeo. Wes had a great passion for the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed sharing his passion with his children. They went on many excursions looking for arrowheads, dinosaur bones, etc. and they gathered quite a collection. Wes worked in the Oilfield Industry for many years and eventually transitioned his career to an Outfitting business in Alberta. With his artistic talent, he undertook the art of taxidermy. Wes will be sadly missed by his family, extended family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 17 at Cassils Community Hall. Reverend Esther Crews Officiating.
