Perreault – Patricia Marie Perreault of Brooks passed away in Medicine Hat on Saturday, May 28th, 2022 at the age of 72 years. Patricia was born in Oliver, British Columbia on January 27th, 1950 to Robert and Roseann Wadman. She attended high School in Oliver. Patricia lived in Calgary for more than 35 years until she moved to Brooks in 2012 and lived with her sister Kathy.  Due to the loss of her vision, Patricia moved into Age Care in Brooks in October, 2021 and then Long Term Care at Good Sam’s in Medicine Hat in April, 2022.  When in Calgary Patricia worked at the Highlander, the Sheraton Cavalier, Len’s Den in the Ambassador Hotel and the 4 Points Sheraton Inn. After moving to Brooks she worked at Denny’s and the EID Legion. Patricia enjoyed serving people and made many lasting connections with customers and co-workers. She enjoyed reading self-help books, listening to music (especially Rod Stewart and Billy Joel) and was an avid Flames fan. Patricia also enjoyed spending time with family and counseling friends and youth, where her love for reading was an asset. She was always available to help others.  She was particularly skilled at helping to make an event run smoothly. Patricia had a sharp wit and a dry sense of humor, an example of her humor was when a patron asked for a beer, she asked what kind he wanted, he told her to surprise him, so Patricia brought him a Root Beer. She loved spending time with her grandkids and other family members, who will always remember her as fun-loving, kind and thoughtful.  Patricia was predeceased by her parents Robert and Roseann Wadman and younger brother Bobby. She is survived by her daughter Renee Perreault (Steve) of Calgary; grandsons, Andrew and Rory; siblings, Mike Wadman  (Vi Marie) of Oliver, Veronica Forcier (Allan) of 100 Mile House, British Columbia, Kathy Mortensen (Gabe) of Brooks, Bill Wadman of 100 Mile House and many nieces and nephews.
