Herman – Robert Brian Herman of Brooks, beloved husband of Ann Herman, passed away from kidney failure on Friday, April 23rd, 2021 in the Special Services Units, Foothills Hospital, Calgary at the age of 71 years. Bob was born in Vulcan, Alberta on November 12th, 1949 to Orville and Margaret Herman. Bob married Ann Nelson on September 18th, 1970 in Brooks. He loved his career as a gravel truck driver and was called “Bouncer” by all his truck driver buddies. Bob was an avid fisherman in his younger years and was happy when he bought his life dream, a Lincoln, this year. He was predeceased by his father Orville Herman and his mother Margaret Herman (nee Axford). Bob is also survived by his 3 children, Michelle Lorna Dunham, married to Kevin Dunham and their 2 children, Darby and Riley; Bobbi-Jo Lynn Hubbard, married to Shawn Hubbard and their 4 children, Raven, Osiris, Cerulea and Persephone; Wilhelm (Bill) Robert Herman and Fiancée, Margaret Hunte and his 2 children, Jasper Spencer and Branson Klein; siblings, sister Cheryl Tuinder and husband Jerry and their daughter Lorna; sister Beth Dyck and her husband Pete and their children, Denise Weaver and Daryl Dyck; sister Kathy Gette and her husband Richard and their children, Christa Aleman, Joelle Powell and Kyle Gette and brother David Herman and his wife Pauline and their children, Adam Herman and Amber Beierbach and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews. There will be no public services.
