About 500 attend Remembrance Day ceremonies at JBS Canada
SANDRA M STANWAY
Brooks Bulletin

Between 500 and 600 people attended the Brooks Remembrance Day ceremony which was held for the first time at the JBS Canada Centre.
While the majority of people had a floor seat many others watched the ceremony from the balcony.
This year the ceremony was much shorter. It was decided not to play the PowerPoint during the ceremony and only to lay the wreaths at the Cenotaph in Veteran’s Park.
While the JBS ceremony continued others gathered at the cenotaph with the Brooks Cadets for two minutes of silence at 11 a.m.
