Medicine Hat College’s board of governors has selected Wayne Resch as their acting president effective on March 17.
An alumnus of the college, Resch has been vice-president of administration and finance since 2014.
He will take over from Denise Henning who will leave the college on March 16.
“My priority will be to support staff and faculty to ensure they can continue to provide high quality, personalized experiences to our students and communities,” Resch said in a press release.
The board of governors will begin to search for a new president immediately.
