    Williamson – Jack Williamson, beloved husband of Kay of Brooks, passed away peacefully in Brooks on June 11th, 2005 at the age of 90 years. Born in Lethbridge on July 28th, 1914 Jack received his education in Lethbridge, Turin, Picture Butte and Enchant. Jack and Kathleen Andus were married in 1955 in Vulcan and resided in the Lomond area. They farmed in Lomond until moving to Brooks in 1989. Jack loved his family, farming, traveling, baseball and visiting with friends. He was predeceased by his parents George and Eva Williamson, brother Stan and sister Betty Koch. Jack is survived by his loving family, wife Kay; 4 children Norma (Glen) Lundin of Fort McMurray, Mel (Mary Anne) Williamson of Lomond, Marie (Barry) Pakarno of Brooks and Dan Williamson (Sandra) of Brooks; 10 grandchildren, Robert and Jay Lundin, Megan, Curtis, Jackie and Angie Williamson, Justin and Colby Pakarno and Marcus and Danielle Williamson; 4 siblings, Edna Mitton of Kamloops, Earl (Hazel) Williamson of Quesnel, BC, Lloyd Williamson of Brooks and Millie (Jim) Ferwin of Calgary and numerous other family members. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 16th from Smith Memorial Chapel. Rev. Ken Bush officiating. Interment to follow at Lomond Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Honorary Pallbearers are Jackie Williamson, Angie Williamson, Marcus Williamson and Danielle Williamson. Active Pallbearers are Robert and Jay Lundin, Megan and Curtis Williamson and Justin and Colby Pakarno.
