ALBERTSON – LOUISE ELLA 1921-2005
Surrounded by family, Mom/Grandma passed away gently at Cochrane Bethany Care Centre on Friday, Dec. 9, 2005. She was born in Kincaid, Saskatchewan. As a young lady she taught school in rural Sask., married Mel Albertson in Swift Current and subsequently moved to Alberta. She lived and taught school in Brooks, Alberta until her retirement in 1975. Louise enjoyed her retirement years in the City of Calgary near her daughters. Louise was predeceased by her husband Mel in March, 1988. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyne Wilfley (Grant) of Cochrane, Diana Capon (Leon) of Drumheller and son Richard of Calgary and 5 grandchildren, Mike (Kara) Wilfley, Brad (Meredith) Wilfley of Calgary, Mitch (Angela) Wilfley of Provost, Lee (Cathy) Capon of Duchess and Amber (Gary) Kurtz of Calgary. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, Madeline and Juliana Wilfley, Carly Capon, and Kole and Toni Kurtz. The funeral service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Brooks, Alberta, Thursday, Dec. 15 at 2 P.M. Interment will follow at the Brooks Cemetery, with a small gathering of family and friends at the home of Lee and Cathy Capon, #8 Louise Crescent, Duchess.
